What you will do
- Manage commercial performance and strategic levers for live international markets including Canada, Germany, and Japan.
- Structure and negotiate high-value commercial deals with global pharmaceutical partners.
- Lead high-impact, ad-hoc strategic projects ranging from pricing overhauls to organizational design.
- Build and defend complex commercial models covering unit economics, market sizing, and deal structures.
- Partner with local General Managers to set and execute joint OKRs for market growth.
- Leverage AI and data tools to automate workflows, stress-test arguments, and derive actionable insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments such as top-tier consulting (MBB), investment banking, or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to build commercial and financial models from scratch.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial conversations involving partners or suppliers.
- Demonstrated project management capability running complex cross-functional workstreams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write tight investment theses and clear slide decks.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
Nice to have
- Experience with Sigma or similar data visualization/BI tools.
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
- Experience in digital health or consumer technology sectors.
