TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Serving as the strategic technical backbone for high-value enterprise customers by managing program configurations, integrations, and technical escalations. Focus on bridging the gap between complex customer requirements and product capabilities to drive retention and platform adoption.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for high-value enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and optimization to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with Professional Services for significant program changes while maintaining technical oversight.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide technical context to Account Managers to support renewal and expansion conversations.
- Systematically feed customer product feedback to the Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts like REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based within commuting distance of Munich to support an IRL-first hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering).
- Background in Spend management, AP automation, or ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Workday).
- Experience in a scale-up or post-acquisition environment.
- Additional European language proficiency (French, Spanish, Dutch).
