TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by landing and expanding high-value strategic logos in the DACH region with an accent on value-driven sales methodologies. Focus on identifying client pain points, building business value across complex global organizations, and revolutionizing business communications through AI-powered video technology.

Location: Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Zurich. Optional coworking spaces available in Berlin, Munich, and Zurich.

What you will do

  • Drive ARR by landing and expanding high-value strategic accounts (10,000+ employees) in the DACH region.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through direct and teamed prospecting efforts.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in AI-driven business communication solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure account adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and exceptional English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Zurich.
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and conducting value-based product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in methodological sales environments such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong business acumen with experience selling into complex, global organizations.

  • Experience selling transformative technology across various lines of business.
  • Experience selling directly into the CRO.
