What you will do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform deskside support for laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and consistent issue resolution.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support with L1/L2 troubleshooting expertise.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows-based PCs, including hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP configuration and LAN/WAN environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Location: Based in Jacksonville, FL with ability to travel up to 10% to other sites.
- Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset.
