What you will do

• Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstation hardware and networked peripherals.
• Perform on-site analysis and resolution of complex PC problems, implementing corrective hardware solutions.
• Provide continuous training and technical support to end users and staff on computer operations.
• Monitor and test PC performance and provide statistics and detailed reports.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all computer peripherals and hardware.
• Respond to incoming service requests via calls, pages, and emails to resolve hardware issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 3 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Casino, Hospitality, or Entertainment industries or other high-volume, demanding IT environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of network and PC hardware with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and industry standards.
• Availability for on-call duties and swing shift (4pm-12:30am).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
• CompTIA A+ certification or other related technical certifications.
