Location: Based in Colorado Springs, CO, with periodic travel to support the Dalhgren site in VA

What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Respond to technical assistance tickets and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Perform routine maintenance, including software updates, system backups, and end-user education.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
• Security Clearance is required (interim level is acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and PCs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• IT education preferred.
