What you will do

• Own and govern the enterprise AI tool ecosystem, including LLMs and AI-assisted developer environments.
• Develop security policies for data protection, identity access control, and endpoint standards.
• Architect and manage identity systems (SSO, SAML, Google Workspace) and RBAC structures.
• Manage the SaaS portfolio, vendor relationships, and IT budget tracking.
• Design and implement IT automation using production-quality Python.
• Mentor IT support staff and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, security engineering, or infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in IAM, SSO, SAML, and MDM policy design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven ability to write production-quality Python automation.
• Experience owning enterprise AI tools and enforcing governance/security policies.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered internal tools (REST APIs, LLM integrations).
• Familiarity with physical security system architecture and Ubiquiti/UniFi networking.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (Freshservice, Jira) and cloud FinOps.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
