What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT engineer for LRC teams, building models to improve and scale their operational functions.
• Design and implement automation and orchestration workflows using low-code/no-code tools like Workato and Okta Workflows.
• Leverage and implement AI tools, including legal-specific applications like Harvey.ai, to enhance team productivity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of legal applications and service desk tools, including Ironclad, Auditboard, and Jira.
• Collaborate with INFOSEC, People Ops, and Engineering to build scalable systems and integrate tools across the SaaS portfolio.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and custom services while participating in on-call rotations for incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert understanding of identity standards (SAML, OAuth, SSO) and access management principles (RBAC, ABAC).
• Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools and experience with at least one programming language like Python.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Strong ability to write technical documentation and manage SaaS-based systems.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines with a focus on security and trust.
