Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Bellevue, WA; presence in office required 4 days per week)

Salary: $112K – $149K

What you will do

• Provide hands-on support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT assets and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure.
• Manage critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity and SaaS services.
• Contribute to projects that optimize and scale the internal IT environment.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and user productivity services.
• Proven experience troubleshooting across multiple client operating systems and application platforms.
• Experience with basic networking configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an engineering-centric environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• MDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune).
• SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta).
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlays.
• Experience using Atlassian software products.
