What you will do

  • Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars for assigned executives to resolve conflicts and maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate detailed travel itineraries and manage monthly travel and expense reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaders, handling sensitive and confidential communications with discretion.
  • Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, and meeting packages.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and stakeholders to ensure administrative coverage across the business.
  • Drive completion of key deliverables for special projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience providing administrative support to high-level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle complex calendar coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and handle confidential information.
  • Must be based in Holmdel, New Jersey, United States
