What you will do
- Manage complex calendars for the VP of FP&A and other leaders, prioritizing requests and qualifying agendas.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organization-wide events.
- Organize optimum travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a confidential partner and organizational observer, exercising high judgment and integrity.
- Handle expense reports and ensure strict adherence to company policies across the organization.
- Partner with other EABPs on special projects related to floor plans and team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level senior staff.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
- Advanced Outlook calendar management skills.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
