Location: Mountain View, California

Salary: $53 - $72 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage complex calendars for the VP of FP&A and other leaders, prioritizing requests and qualifying agendas.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organization-wide events.
  • Organize optimum travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as a confidential partner and organizational observer, exercising high judgment and integrity.
  • Handle expense reports and ensure strict adherence to company policies across the organization.
  • Partner with other EABPs on special projects related to floor plans and team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level senior staff.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
  • Advanced Outlook calendar management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
