What you will do
- Lead cross-functional IT, engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver platform features.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of web and platform projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines aligned with product goals.
- Manage sprints, backlog prioritization, and development cycles.
- Maintain technical documentation, including roadmaps and release notes.
- Coordinate with DevOps and QA to ensure high-quality system releases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in web or e-learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and API-driven development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and leadership.
- University degree.
- English: Proficiency (written and spoken) required
Nice to have
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, and Slack.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and cloud environments (AWS).
- Experience with streaming or video workflow projects.
