What you will do

• Lead cross-functional IT, engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver platform features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of web and platform projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines aligned with product goals.
• Manage sprints, backlog prioritization, and development cycles.
• Maintain technical documentation, including roadmaps and release notes.
• Coordinate with DevOps and QA to ensure high-quality system releases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in web or e-learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and API-driven development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and leadership.
• University degree.
• English: Proficiency (written and spoken) required

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, and Slack.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience with streaming or video workflow projects.
