What you will do

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams on initiatives with significant business and technology impact.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-2 programs or Tier-1 workstreams, aligning outcomes to OKRs.
• Establish integrated delivery plans using Disciplined Agile methods, defining milestones and dependencies.
• Track flow metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and WIP efficiency to drive data-informed decisions.
• Manage risks, build contingency plans, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
• Contribute to the Community of Practice by mentoring Associate Delivery Managers and sharing delivery patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience as a disciplined agile delivery practitioner.
• Ability to navigate complexity and resolve trade-offs independently.
• Experience managing SDLC/PDLC controls and Change Management practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to Director and VP-level audiences.
• Proficiency in applying lean thinking to remove bottlenecks and improve delivery flow.
