What you will do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for technological projects.
• Coordinate complex implementations including integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and overall system performance.
• Implement and oversee risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Apply project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project or service management.
• 4+ years of experience in technological contexts (IT, engineering, or digital platforms).
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, or equivalent management tools.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience working in international or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.
