Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, with the option to work remotely from abroad for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead digital products and technology projects across the full lifecycle, aligning delivery with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines while addressing roadblocks.
• Maintain project documentation, manage stakeholder approvals and updates, and support post-delivery follow-up.
• Participate in testing and validation, track team performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing digital products or technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or XP.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into actionable development work.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of API integrations, experience with Postman, and written and verbal English proficiency.
