What you will do

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Designers to refine requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Support effort estimation, project planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and participate in validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing digital products or technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of API integrations and experience with tools like Postman.
• English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
