Location: Atlanta, GA (Field-first role, requires 3+ days per week in the field)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct field-based coaching through live provider meetings and ride-alongs at least 3 days per week.
  • Manage the talent lifecycle, including hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
  • Drive account planning and pipeline reviews via regular 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Analyze CRM (Salesforce) data to surface insights and optimize sales strategies.
  • Implement performance management processes and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development.
  • 1+ years of sales management experience, preferably within a high-growth startup.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Must be comfortable and energized spending the majority of the week in the field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
