TL;DR

Regional Director, Strategic Accounts (Women's Health): Leading a team of strategic account managers to drive hirify.global's prenatal test volume and revenue growth within major health systems in the West US region. Focus on building high-level relationships with clinical influencers, executing complex account strategies, and ensuring provider satisfaction in a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory environment.

Location: Must be based in the West US region, with 75% travel required.

Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 USD (1st year OTE).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive prenatal test volume and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Women’s Health Service Line Leaders, OB Chairs, and clinical influencers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of strategic account managers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews with senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including medical sales liaisons, marketing, and product to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the West US region and able to travel 75% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory business, preferably in genetics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Accounts or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments (CLIA, CAP, CMS) and reimbursement models.

Nice to have

  • 3 years of successful sales management or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory sector.
  • Deep market knowledge and experience in Women’s Health.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
