Location: Must be based in the West US region, with 75% travel required.
Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 USD (1st year OTE).

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive prenatal test volume and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Women’s Health Service Line Leaders, OB Chairs, and clinical influencers.
- Lead and mentor a team of strategic account managers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews with senior management.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including medical sales liaisons, marketing, and product to improve offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the West US region and able to travel 75% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory business, preferably in genetics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Accounts or Business Development.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments (CLIA, CAP, CMS) and reimbursement models.
Nice to have
- 3 years of successful sales management or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory sector.
- Deep market knowledge and experience in Women’s Health.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
