is a fast-growing SaaS company providing an all-in-one reservation and management platform for holiday parks, campsites, and accommodation providers.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers as a trusted point of contact.
- Monitor engagement and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help customers adopt new features, workflows, and best practices to maximize value.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Development teams.
- Identify potential churn risks and escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
- Collaborate across teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in technology, software, and digital solutions.
- Analytical skills and a willingness to work with customer data and insights.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, account management, or customer success.
