What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers as a trusted point of contact.
  • Monitor engagement and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help customers adopt new features, workflows, and best practices to maximize value.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Development teams.
  • Identify potential churn risks and escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in technology, software, and digital solutions.
  • Analytical skills and a willingness to work with customer data and insights.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, account management, or customer success.
