What you will do
- Oversee the health and growth of customer accounts, focusing on long-term success and expansion.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to provide ROI insights and build business cases for contract extensions.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Provide actionable customer insights to demonstrate service value and encourage contract growth.
- Collaborate with implementation consultants and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Take full ownership of account satisfaction and overall success with ’s services.
Requirements
- Fluent English, German and Dutch language skills are a must-have.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Sales, Customer Service/Success, or a related role.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience leveraging customer success metrics and engagement indicators.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Background in mental health advocacy or related fields.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- Interest and experience in leveraging AI to improve work efficiency.
