TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Accountancy SaaS): Guiding Dutch accounting firms through onboarding and process transformation to ensure long-term adoption of the hirify.global platform with an accent on value realization and workflow optimization. Focus on translating manual accountancy processes into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and acting as the voice of the customer for product development.

Location: Hybrid (Gouda, NL) — minimum of two days a week in the office

What you will do

  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key Dutch accounting firms to drive adoption.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live and long-term value realization.
  • Analyze customer processes and translate them into effective, scalable workflows within the platform.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training, and workshops both remotely and on-site.
  • Monitor usage data to proactively provide guidance and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Dutch accountancy practices, legislation, and workflows.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
  • Background in an accountancy environment or within the accounting/fintech industry.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and guide customers through change.
