What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling, and renewals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, handling complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute account plans.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and identify new opportunities within key accounts.
  • Accurately forecast sales achievement and contribute feedback to the organization.
  • Deliver value-based selling experiences utilizing automation and customer behavior data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or SaaS sales in a European region.
  • English proficiency required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience in outbound-based organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts in retail, finance, or marketing agencies.
