What you will do
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with SME clients to understand their goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate internal delivery.
- Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies and lead contract negotiations.
- Resolve post-sales issues and manage escalations via cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze performance metrics and market intelligence to identify upsell opportunities.
- Represent client interests internally and champion success stories to drive referrals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience selling technology products and services.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in customer onboarding and escalation management.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office several days per week.
