What you will do

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with SME clients to understand their goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate internal delivery.
  • Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies and lead contract negotiations.
  • Resolve post-sales issues and manage escalations via cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market intelligence to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Represent client interests internally and champion success stories to drive referrals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience selling technology products and services.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in customer onboarding and escalation management.
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office several days per week.
