Sr. Talent Advisor (Semiconductor)

Expected base pay: €45,000–€60,000 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define technical requirements, team needs, and business priorities.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
• Recruit experienced technical talent across semiconductor design, verification, physical design, process engineering, optical/photonics, and embedded software.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, IEEE Xplore, patent databases, conferences, industry networks, referrals, and specialist forums.
• Conduct technical screening interviews, maintain passive-candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics in Workday and provide hiring managers with compensation and talent-market insights while maintaining employment-law compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of technical recruiting experience, including substantial semiconductor-industry experience.
• Proven sourcing expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter Expert, GitHub, talent mapping, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Experience hiring for specialized roles such as IC design, verification, physical design, process technology, packaging, and test engineering.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms, including Workday Recruiting, HireEZ, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
