What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized engineering roles including ASIC, SoC, design verification, physical design, and firmware.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define technical requirements and business priorities.
• Execute advanced multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, IEEE Xplore, and niche forums.
• Manage experienced hires for Italy, Romania, and Switzerland, providing backup support for Israel.
• Analyze and provide market insights on compensation trends and talent availability to leadership.
• Manage recruitment metrics and compliance using the Workday system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Proven track record of hiring for IC design, verification, process technology, and test engineering.
• Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Workday Recruiting.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
