Location: Hybrid in Manchester (UK), Tallinn, or Tartu (Estonia)

What you will do

  • Own the Salesforce structure, standards, and data integrity across the commercial team.
  • Design pipeline architecture, including stage definitions, field standards, and validation rules.
  • Build automation workflows for lead assignment, task creation, and follow-up triggers.
  • Define and optimize lead routing and Account Management processes within the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and data team to identify and fix funnel bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM, or revenue operations.
  • Must be based in Manchester, Tallinn, or Tartu and able to work hybrid.
  • Strong capability in pipeline configuration, workflow automation, and user management.
  • Practical understanding of B2B sales processes and forecasting logic.
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining data quality and driving CRM adoption.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience in a scale-up, SaaS, marketplace, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with BDR workflows, lead routing, or AM cadences.
  • Collaboration experience with BI teams on metric definitions.
