Salary: $70,000–$95,000 plus monthly commission

What you will do

• Exceed sales goals and quotas for service growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts within the assigned territory to build long-term relationships.
• Develop strategic capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.
• Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids using estimating software.
• Review blueprints and survey equipment on-site to ensure accurate cost estimation.
• Collaborate with operations personnel for technical input and proposal approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Must be located in or able to work in the Seattle, WA area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
