What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to support a shared book of business.
- Become a subject matter authority on all products.
- Complete post-sale onboarding for new dealerships and dealership personnel.
- Quantify the value of services to dealers using data and identify growth opportunities.
- Educate dealers on maximizing the value of the platform.
- Advance cross-departmental collaboration within the organization.
- Develop deep and wide-ranging relationships with dealership decision makers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, ideally supporting complex accounts.
- Proven ability to drive retention and growth through strong relationship-building and consultative guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting data and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to balance a large, dynamic book of business.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and technical teams.
