TL;DR
Relationship Manager (Customer Success): Managing client requests and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams with an accent on project management and customer satisfaction. Focus on triaging issues, coordinating with internal operations, and maintaining high retention rates.
Location: Must be located in the United States and able to work EST or CST time zones. If remote, travel to Fort Lauderdale, Florida every other month is required.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between clients and internal teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Support.
- Manage client requests and project timelines to ensure transparent communication and timely resolution.
- Provide user support for Central and triage technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation for bank account setup and reconciliations.
- Handle customer queries and escalations via phone or the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Track key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Ability to work in EST or CST time zones.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Ability to organize daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience using Asana or other project management tools.
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or community association management.
