IT Support Analyst

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid work from the downtown Vancouver office 2–3 days per week

Salary: CAD $63,642–$71,597 base salary per year, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus program for permanent employees.

What you will do

• Provide IT support to employees worldwide through the support ticket queue while meeting SLAs and following best practices.
• Support macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Set up, upgrade, replace, and maintain laptops, phones, and other hardware.
• Maintain IT documentation, hardware and software inventories, and related support processes.
• Participate in IT projects and an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Protect company and customer security and privacy while supporting end users.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Android/iOS, Microsoft Office including Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, Active Directory, and Exchange administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, research, communication, documentation, organization, and customer service skills.
• Some formal IT training or education and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to work from the Vancouver office 2–3 days per week and participate in after-hours on-call support.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow established processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, antivirus, asset tracking, encryption, VoIP, VPNs, LAN/WAN, SSO/2FA, and chat or conferencing tools.
• Experience with AI tools or automation such as Power Automate.
• MCP or A+ certification.
