Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil)
Salary: BRL 149,600 - BRL 187,000

What you will do
- Maintain and optimize Adaptive Planning models for Personnel, Expense, and Balance Sheet/Cashflow.
- Build new models and integrate custom FP&A modeling techniques to support AI/ML forecasting.
- Manage the Master Chart of Accounts and Organizational Levels within the system.
- Oversee inbound data integration pipelines between Adaptive, Workday, and other external sources.
- Design executive dashboards and support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting via "What-If" scenarios.
- Audit system access and maintain security profiles for all users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial systems operations and modeling experience.
- 3+ years of direct experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex nested formulas.
- Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, and AI tools.
- Must be based in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
- Previous experience in a SaaS-based environment.
- Experience with Workday Financials (Foundation Data Model, custom reports, data sources).
