What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Adaptive Planning models for Personnel, Expense, and Balance Sheet/Cashflow.
• Build new models and integrate custom FP&A modeling techniques to support AI/ML forecasting.
• Manage the Master Chart of Accounts and Organizational Levels within the system.
• Oversee inbound data integration pipelines between Adaptive, Workday, and other external sources.
• Design executive dashboards and support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting via "What-If" scenarios.
• Audit system access and maintain security profiles for all users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial systems operations and modeling experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex nested formulas.
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, and AI tools.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
• Previous experience in a SaaS-based environment.
• Experience with Workday Financials (Foundation Data Model, custom reports, data sources).
