TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (Fintech): Building systems and optimizing processes to enhance sales force performance with an accent on data-driven operational fixes and scalable workflows. Focus on reducing time to productivity for new hires and implementing metric-driven onboarding systems.

Location: Must be based in France, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UK, or be able to work from the specified offices (Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Paris).

Salary: PLN 10,700 - 21,700 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

  • Run rigorous pilots to test new operational models, sales methodologies, and tools before global scaling.
  • Design and optimize scalable sales workflows to maximize speed and minimize friction.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify funnel bottlenecks and implement operational fixes.
  • Transform the onboarding program into a high-impact, metric-driven system.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure the direct ROI of enablement initiatives on sales velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years specifically in operations.
  • Experience with B2B sales, sales enablement, and implementing enablement programs.
  • Must be based in France, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.
  • English: Fluency (C1) with excellent communication skills is required.
  • Expertise in building and improving processes as a business scales.
  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable components.
