What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to drive procurement operations transformation and elevate the function's value proposition.
• Oversee the procurement systems roadmap, including administration, automation opportunities, and user adoption strategies.
• Lead policy and process improvement efforts focusing on simplification, standardization, and scaling.
• Coordinate a cross-functional procurement excellence council to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Manage organizational procurement reporting, covering spend visibility, contracts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with legal and IT Security to optimize contract management processes and agreement templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, or a related area.
• 10+ years of business management and 5+ years of senior management experience in a supply chain or procurement operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), CLM, supplier management, and ERP procurement technologies.
• Proven ability to act as a change agent and lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong skills in business case development and project management.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business or finance.
• Six Sigma certification or other specialist supply chain program certifications.
• Professional registration or certifications in procurement.
• Experience within technology and services organizations.
