Manager, Parts Procurement

What you will do

• Lead the global Parts Procurement category team responsible for seals, plastics, and valves.
• Develop procurement performance to ensure spare-parts availability, competitive costs, short lead times, and reliable delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Drive category management, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and mitigate supply risks to improve resilience and business continuity.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, operations, sales, service, logistics, quality, and finance while monitoring procurement and supply-chain KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing within a global, matrix-driven organization.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, supplier development, and category management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools; Infor LN, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Office experience is advantageous. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
