What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team focused on operational excellence.
• Drive category purchasing strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity and supply chain resilience.
• Execute cost reduction, Design-to-Cost, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report key procurement KPIs including delivery precision, inventory, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and finance to deliver strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain within a global matrix organization.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of procurement and category management principles.
• English proficiency required for verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor LN and Microsoft Power BI.
• Additional language skills.
