What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for HR, Professional Services, and Corporate Programs.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx, and contract negotiations.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvement programs.
• Partner with senior leaders in Finance, HR, and Legal to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence through digital procurement platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals to support enterprise-wide value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing within a global organization.
• Proven expertise in managing corporate service categories like HR, Travel, or Consulting.
• Strong experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
