What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily and long-term maintenance and renovation projects for stores across Europe.
• Manage maintenance teams across the BeNeLux, Spain, Nordics, and DACH regions.
• Oversee and control substantial Opex and Capex budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with technical suppliers, including HVAC, painting, and inspections.
• Ensure all stores remain technically operational and compliant with regional legal regulations.
• Contribute to sustainability goals through energy efficiency and material reuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Vocational degree in Construction, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in maintenance or facility management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both verbal and written).
• Experience working in international or multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and technical standards within the BeNeLux.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hilversum, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
