What you will do

• Oversee the implementation of Lean business system projects and develop key systematic measurements.
• Create Value Stream Maps (current, future, and ideal states) to identify waste and target delivery.
• Organize and deliver Lean training, workshops, and Kaizen events across the organization.
• Define and track measurable SPQDCC goals and execution deliverables for Lean activities.
• Identify and evaluate equipment automation requirements to support Lean implementations.
• Communicate plans, actions, and results using the PDCA cycle.

Requirements

• B.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing LEAN Manufacturing principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean tools: VSM, 5S, Standard Work, and Root-Cause Problem Solving.
• Proven change management, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate at both strategic (50%) and hands-on (50%) levels.
• Full ability to read and communicate in Dutch is a strong preference.

Nice to have

• 6 Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in project management.
