What you will do

• Identify top GSI relationships in Data and Agentic strategies for strategic customers.
• Build and manage executive relationships with GSI client teams for key accounts.
• Embed hirify.global’s solutions into GSI strategies and transformation projects.
• Generate joint sales opportunities and pipeline, supporting the process from closing to implementation.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner enablement teams to drive GSI success and solution adoption.
• Manage strategic planning and business reviews to ensure alignment and goal achievement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in the technology software industry, preferably with GSIs.
• Domain expertise in Data, AI, and Agentic technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Established relationships with C-suite executives (5+ years of demonstrated engagement).
• Willingness to travel 50%+ when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working at or with major Americas Telco companies.
• Previous experience working within a GSI in a Data/AI/Agentic Business Service Line team.
