What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts for large-scale federal opportunities valued at $50M+.
• Develop robust capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning to maximize win probability.
• Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with government clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including technical SMEs, solution architects, and proposal managers.
• Drive proposal development by integrating capture strategy, pricing, and technical differentiators.
• Mentor junior staff and champion best practices in capture management across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management.
• Proven track record of winning federal captures valued at $50M+.
• In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian markets and procurement processes.
• Expertise in federal procurement tools (SAM.gov, GovWin, DACIS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Autogen AI, and Salesforce.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to meet security clearance eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA) or formal certifications (Shipley, APMP).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Existing network of government and industry connections in DHS/FedCiv markets.
