What you will do
- Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts for large-scale federal opportunities valued at $50M+.
- Develop robust capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning to maximize win probability.
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with government clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical SMEs, solution architects, and proposal managers.
- Drive proposal development by integrating capture strategy, pricing, and technical differentiators.
- Mentor junior staff and champion best practices in capture management across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management.
- Proven track record of winning federal captures valued at $50M+.
- In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian markets and procurement processes.
- Expertise in federal procurement tools (SAM.gov, GovWin, DACIS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Autogen AI, and Salesforce.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet security clearance eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (MBA) or formal certifications (Shipley, APMP).
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Existing network of government and industry connections in DHS/FedCiv markets.
