Salary: $85,000–$95,000 base plus bonus

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Account Directors and Managers.
- Manage executive-level relationships as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in Portfolio accounts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Customer Success Managers.
- Drive customer advocacy and identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.
- Lead strategic business reviews and communicate measurable value delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic leadership.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in customer success tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Must be based in Newton, MA, Washington DC, or New York City.
