What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed IT team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Oversee the strategy, administration, and optimization of core SaaS applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Provide strategic oversight for the macOS endpoint environment and guide MDM administration.
• Partner with InfoSec teams to enforce access controls, identity management (IAM), and endpoint security.
• Champion exceptional internal customer service to minimize user friction and meet SLA targets.
• Proactively identify infrastructure gaps and drive strategic operational improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of progressive IT experience, including significant time in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven hands-on experience administering and architecting Okta and Google Workspace environments.
• Strong experience overseeing enterprise macOS environments managed via JAMF MDM.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating remote reports across different time zones and cultures.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security best practices.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or United States
