What you will do

  • Lead and develop the New York IT Operations team and contractors through coaching and support
  • Handle escalated issues, create documentation, and deploy new systems and processes to scale effectively
  • Build and maintain dashboards with key helpdesk metrics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Identify and address inefficiencies and bottlenecks in IT Operations workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand needs and drive common initiatives
  • Manage procurement aligning with budget and forecast costs for resource optimization
  • Lead IT projects from concept to completion involving cross-department collaboration

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York with hybrid work at the New York Hub
  • 3+ years leading IT teams with diverse responsibilities
  • 5+ years direct IT support experience
  • Experience managing remote teams, multiple offices, and different time zones
  • Strong skills administering Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally and manage vendors and contractors
