What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, secure IT solutions using platforms like Jamf, Intune, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex, multi-system issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities, implementing automated solutions to remediate them.
• Own the full project lifecycle for key IT initiatives from design through to post-launch support.
• Mentor junior engineers and represent the team in cross-functional technical discussions.
• Define and document team standards for engineering excellence and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience managing core IT platforms including Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, or Jamf.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Deep practical knowledge of modern IAM principles and security controls.
• Extensive experience managing a hybrid fleet of macOS endpoints at scale using JAMF Pro.
• Ability to create technical roadmaps and document design decisions in a fast-paced environment.
