What you will do

• Own and improve the technology ecosystem powering daily employee operations.
• Design and support secure IT infrastructure, identity platforms, and endpoint management solutions.
• Manage macOS endpoints using JAMF and optimize device compliance and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust principles and secure authentication practices.
• Drive automation and operational excellence across IT workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality technical support and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT or Systems Engineering.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with JAMF and macOS administration.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and IAM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in San Sebastian, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or engineering-led companies.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and audit processes.
• Relevant certifications in JAMF, ITIL, or Security frameworks.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and acting as a senior technical reference.
