IT Manager (Infrastructure)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end hardware procurement and software licensing using Jamf for automated provisioning.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical support and maintain the IT helpdesk and documentation.
• Administer Google Workspace and Okta SSO, managing user lifecycles and application integrations.
• Maintain cybersecurity processes, including endpoint protection, MFA, and patch management.
• Coordinate security awareness training and respond to security incidents.
• Contribute to IT budget planning and disaster recovery strategies.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of IT experience with 1–2 years in a lead or management role.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for macOS fleet management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience implementing cybersecurity controls and policies.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications: CompTIA Security+, Google Workspace Admin, Jamf, or Okta.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
