Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture for AI across GTM and G&A, designing agentic systems and LLM-powered integrations.
• Define and set engineering standards for AI development, including reusable patterns and evaluation practices.
• Architect data pipelines connecting business tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Databricks.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations for AI tooling and provide technical recommendations to senior leadership.
• Implement benchmarking frameworks to measure AI output quality and business impact.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped technical solutions independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or AI automation in production.
• Experience leading technical direction in a staff, principal, or technical lead capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and delivering multi-step AI systems and API integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Understanding of sales and marketing funnels and revenue team metrics.
