TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Delivering AI and data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP within customer environments with an accent on production workflows and ontology design. Location: Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate to Texas. Travel required (40%).

What you will do

• Deliver production workflows, ontologies, and AIP-powered applications in customer Foundry environments.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, APIs) into Foundry to build operational workflows.
• Translate business priorities into concrete deployment plans in partnership with Account Strategists.
• Execute rapid-value deployments within the first 90 days of every engagement.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and subject matter experts to refine and operate solutions.
• Contribute to reusable templates and delivery patterns that scale across customers and verticals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience building production solutions in Palantir Foundry or AIP.
• Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at Palantir or a Palantir delivery partner.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and integrating enterprise data via APIs.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including LLM-powered workflows and agentic application patterns.
• Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience building reusable accelerators or templates that scale across customers.
