Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in New York City, NY; Redwood City, CA; or San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $172,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and deploy evaluators and implement quality measurement systems to validate project outputs and meet client expectations.
• Generate synthetic datasets and deliver production-grade datasets with standardized formatting and documentation.
• Configure and build custom applications and off-platform solutions for specialized client requirements.
• Define production specifications and workflows, ensuring technical alignment with client teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support to Delivery Managers, resolving technical blockers and supporting customer rebuttals.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical assets, evaluation frameworks, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data science, engineering, or solution development roles.
• Strong practical experience with Python and SQL data tooling.
• Familiarity with ML and LLM-based solutions, applying ML techniques in production contexts.
• Experience with validation and evaluation of ML and LLM-based systems.
• Experience integrating systems via API.
