What you will do

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise accounts, including kickoff, architecture, configuration, and handoff.
• Customize AI automations, RMM, and PSA modules to align with specific customer environments.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows that solve operational problems in production.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise IT stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns into playbooks and templates to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary technical authority during customer engagements and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Machine Learning.
• Proven coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C++.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping real-world applications with LLMs.
• Solid grasp of ML fundamentals, including evaluation and training pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure including Windows/Mac endpoints, Active Directory, and networking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site customer engagements.
