Salary: $185,000- $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner across operational and enablement functions to understand workflows and identify friction points.
• Design and build scalable automation solutions using scripting, APIs, platform-native tooling, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Leverage AI and large language model technologies to modernize workflows and improve decision-making.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and implementation of solutions that solve complex operational challenges.
• Improve operational efficiency and service delivery in areas such as provisioning, support operations, and onboarding.
• Act as a collaborative technical partner, translating complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying scalable automation, integration, or software solutions within complex environments.
• Comfortable working across APIs, scripting, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and operational systems.
• Focus on outcomes and building solutions that create lasting impact.
• Comfortable working with operational leaders and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business discussions.
• Operate well in ambiguity and are comfortable tackling open-ended, high-impact challenges.
