Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Own and operate core financial functions including accounts receivable, payable, and expense management.
• Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor materials, reporting on key SaaS metrics.
• Create sales collateral and strategy materials to support sales enablement efforts.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company offsites and team events.
• Partner with legal to manage regulatory compliance programs.
• Scale the talent function by building a structured, systems-driven recruiting engine and leading technical hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations or related roles.
• At least 1 year of experience preparing board presentations and investor materials.
• At least 1 year of experience building and evolving financial operations.
• At least 1 year of experience developing GTM strategy for B2B or AI-driven products.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruiting and conducting stakeholder interviews.
