Salary: $156,000 - $177,000 base salary range

- Support multiple senior leaders (VP and C-Suite) with business acumen and trusted relationships across the company.
- Manage large, complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on business outcomes.
- Ensure optimal time management through strategic calendaring (accuracy, detail, context-switching, and energy management).
- Produce impactful meetings via efficient logistics and effective preparation.
- Turn speed into true velocity by quickly analyzing and resolving tasks and improving operational opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Demonstrate discretion and nuance when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders (VP, C-Suite) in enterprise software.
- Experience supporting a global business, including complex international travel and customer arrangements.
- Comfort working in person 3–4 days per week in the San Francisco office.
- Strong prioritization skills, including analyzing business needs, making trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders.
- Exceptional discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and apply them to improve productivity and decision-making.
